Marabou Feather Boas and Boa Strings
Marabou Feather Boas (hot pink, above) are two yards long and about 2-3/4" in diameter. They are available in white, black and a variety of colors.

Feather Hat Bands
We carry Western style feather hat bands with a feather crown and two styles without the crown. Of the styles without a feather crown the one on top has almond pheasant plumage feathers and the one below has heart pheasant plumage feathers.
The feather hat band with the crown features almond and other natural pheasant plumage feathers. All of the feather hat bands are standard adult western size and have hooks on both ends.
The Culture of Feather Boas
Although similar to the way a scarf is worn around the neck, feather boas typically have a fluffier texture and is of course, comprised of feathers. The use of feather boas as a clothing accessory date back to the 1800s. They are perfect for costumes involving historical eras, including the style of the 1920s flapper period. Feather boas saw a revival during the disco and glam rock era of the 1970s, which led into the 80s.
